The 80/20 rule usually proves to be true. Applying it to marketing professional services firms, when I deliver speaking engagements and ask the audience if 20% of their clients represent 80% of their profit, guess what? There are a lot of heads nodding! So, today’s quick tip? Start thinking about how you can generate more of those clients. A good first step would be to take the time to identify those clients, how they came to you, why they’re loyal and how your firm handles their requirements differently from others.
