Strengthen Client Communication
Communicate with clarity, confidence, and presence — even under pressure.
Coaching for lawyers & practice leaders
People issues impact every law firm's bottom line. Lawyers who master people management break through their own glass ceilings.
They stop settling for a watered-down version of success. That's what coaching for lawyers, built around marketing, management, and mindset, can offer you.
Get the tools and support to get out of your own way. You'd be amazed at what's possible when real change begins.
What becomes possible
Communicate with clarity, confidence, and presence — even under pressure.
Build trust, spark motivation, and help people thrive.
Move past hesitation to drive meaningful impact.
Ways to work together
Focused coaching and experiences for individual leaders, groups, and teams.
My most direct work — focused on your leadership, habits, challenges, and opportunities.
Build management, marketing and mindset skills alongside colleagues or peers.
Focused retreats and firm events, developed and facilitated by me, in order to strengthen teams and move issues forward — fast.
The approach
My work focuses on three connected areas: marketing, management, and mindset, shaped by 20 years of coaching lawyers, consultants, architects and other professionals.
Most people come to me focused on the marketing or management piece. What they don’t expect is how much of the real change happens in the mindset work underneath it. That’s the part that’s harder to name, but quietly runs the show as we see with imposter syndrome and perfectionist tendencies.
My approach is practical, thoughtful, and often described as disarming. I create a space that feels safe enough to look honestly at what is happening, while staying grounded in clear, useful next steps.
As a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, I use techniques to help you catch self-sabotaging patterns like self-doubt and people-pleasing, so you can get out of habitual stress patterns and show up at your best.
This is contemplative work, but it’s not therapy. The insights are actionable and directly tied to real business goals and practical concerns.
In their words
Sandra played a big part in the successful launch of my new law firm… she prepared a good strategy and deliverables to bring it all to light and in a way that captured my vision and resonated with my audience… Very grateful to have had her help in this launch and I would heartily recommend her.
…Her experience and insight have been vital to developing a successful marketing and growth strategy. She’s also always a pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend her…
…Our discussions allowed for the rethinking necessary to do that (face growing pains), supported by best practices, systems, reviewing different scenarios, and encouragement. I felt supported by Sandra from beginning to end, especially by her ability to listen and understand and I was able to implement many of our plans easily and with confidence.
We used Sandra Bekhor to guide us through the (rebranding) process. We did not have any expertise in this area, she was able to teach the committee about important aspects like logos and taglines, encourage creative thinking and bring the various ideas and concepts together in one unified message… Working with Sandra was a pleasure.
…The tools she provided me with, including with respect to time management and delegation, have been instrumental in shaping the way I practice law… Overall, I would strongly recommend Sandra if you are looking for coaching on how to build a successful law practice or other professional practice development.
…Sandra’s input and guidance was filled with creativity, intelligence and industry-specific know-how. Sandra checks off all boxes for lawyers and other business professionals looking for a sage consultant on start-ups, marketing campaigns, digital sales and B2C advice. Feel free to reach out to me for a direct reference and to answer any questions.
The people side of practice
Professional practice is all about people. Whatever challenge your firm is navigating, most likely, at its root, it isn’t just a metrics problem. It’s a people problem.
You can invest in management training, bring in new processes, and build the right systems. Those things matter. But if habits like avoiding difficult conversations or micromanaging go unaddressed, they can keep getting in the way. These are the behaviours that shape culture, retention, performance and ultimately, the firm’s bottom line.
